MY METHOD
With 21 years of experience as a teacher, I’ve spent thousands of hours helping children feel seen, heard, and valued. I specialise in supporting girls aged 7–12 to build confidence from the inside out — using tools from Positive Psychology, NLP, and years of practical know-how in communication and emotional development.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: confident girls become resilient women. Through playful coaching, powerful reflections, and real-life strategies, I help girls strengthen their self-esteem, express themselves with courage, and build healthy relationships — at home, at school, and with themselves.
